Watch faithful leaders prepare, rehearse, pray, and care for the people they serve.
The music apprenticeship
An investment in students who are growing as musicians, followers of Jesus, and leaders of others.
Start a conversationThe purpose
The music apprenticeship helps older students develop their gifts through preparation, mentoring, and supervised ministry. It connects musical growth with spiritual maturity and a heart for the church.
As readiness grows, apprentices learn to support and lead the student worship band, prepare music, encourage their peers, and serve alongside adults.
How growth happens
Watch faithful leaders prepare, rehearse, pray, and care for the people they serve.
Learn the music before rehearsal. Grow in biblical understanding, musical skill, and reliability.
Participate in shadow rehearsals and shared ministry with guidance and feedback.
Take increasing responsibility for songs, planning, and the student worship band as readiness grows.
A heart ready to learn
We look for a sincere love for Jesus, developing musical ability, a teachable spirit, faithfulness in preparation, and a growing desire to encourage others.
